Itinerary

Day 1: Modriki Island
Port Denarau is your first destination on arrival in Fiji. Our cruise ship is docked in the South Pacific port awaiting your embarkation. Relax in your luxury cabin as we set sail for the secluded Modriki Island.
The tranquil island was the location for the Tom Hanks’ hit movie ‘Cast Away’. Join your fellow guests at the captain’s welcome cocktail party and dinner. Enjoy a glass of sparkling wine and canapés before à la Carte dining with live musical entertainment. Overnight at Modriki Island.

Day 2: Soso Bay
Enjoy free time after breakfast, swimming or relaxing on the beach. Sea conditions permitting, there is an opportunity to swim with the sharks at a reef location en route to Soso Bay. After lunch, visit the charming village of Soso, on neighbouring Naviti Island, to experience authentic Fijian island life.
In the evening, you are invited to a traditional Thali dinner. To complement the exquisite banquet of classic Indian dishes an extravaganza of Bollywood dancing and Bollywood movies provides the entertainment.

Day 3: Naukacuvu Island
On the archipelago islands of Fiji, Sunday is traditionally a day of rest. After breakfast, you can relax or attend a local village church service in Soso Bay. We depart for the beautiful Naukacuvu and Narara Islands while you enjoy lunch on board. Join chef for a Fijian cookery lesson and learn how to make the traditional dish of ‘Kokoda’.
Enjoy free time exploring the stunning sandy beaches and swimming in the turquoise waters. After dinner on board, relax and admire the sunset views, or join in the ‘Fiji style’ bingo fun with your fellow guests.

Day 4: Yalobi Bay
The idyllic Sacred Isles are situated northwest of the Mamanuca Islands and south of the Yasawa Islands. The remote location and breathtaking scenery instantly conjures up the feeling of being lost in paradise. The stunning Waya Lailai volcanic formations provide a dramatic backdrop to the secluded spot.
Swim, snorkel, or enjoy a glass bottom boat exploration of the tropical coral reefs. After ‘Fiji style’ high tea, join chef for a ‘Roti in Lolo’ cookery lesson. End the perfect day watching the sunset while enjoying a perfectly chilled drink.

Day 5: Blue Lagoon
Fiji’s famed Blue Lagoon is situated in a palm tree fringed private island peninsula. On arrival, the ship is tied to a coconut tree. Swim and snorkel or relax on the beach. The serene location is yours to do as you please. In the evening, enjoy happy hour on shore with drinks and canapés.
A traditional Lovo feast, cooked underground, is served for dinner under a canopy of coconut palm leaves and twinkling stars. A Fijian singing, dancing and story telling ‘meke’ performance completes the ultimate Blue Lagoon experience

Day 6: Sawa-I-Lau Island
Sawa-I-Lau Island is home to the magnificent Sawa-I-Lau caves. Before visiting the site there is time to take a tour of the vibrant shell market and a charming local cake shop. An optional snorkeling safari invites you to explore the colourful underwater world.
After lunch on board, we visit the ancient limestone caves to marvel at its formation and to hear legendary tales. The village of Tamasua welcomes you to participate in a traditional yaqona ceremony. Enjoy a guided walk around the village, and a special ‘feast’ prepared by the village women.

Day 7: Drawaqa Island
After breakfast we arrive at Drawaqa Island. Enjoy a special presentation and learn all about the local marine life and the volunteer conservation work in the area.
During May to October it’s the prime time to snorkel with the manta rays. Out of season, join our optional excursion to the local island school to view the work of dedicated Vinaka Fiji Volunteers. Celebrate your last night on the magical cruise with BBQ dinner served up under the stars. Dance the night away in authentic Fiji fashion.
